The Spire Portal never stores your guests credit card data on any of our Chromebooks or servers. The Spire Portal uses cutting edge technology of tokenization to store your guests credit card data. Our gateway eProcessing Networks (ePN) receives your guests credit card information, then safely creates the individual token and electronically destroys the guests credit card data. All credit card data is encrypted and transmitted on a secure connection to ePN.

We designed the Spire Portal to be a turnkey solution, making your fundraising event as easy as possible to manage. It is truly a plug-and-play system, and because it’s a web-based solution, there’s no need to set up a network.
Partner with Spire Payment Solutions, and we’ll provide the following equipment for your event:
- Chromebook(s) to access the Spire Portal via the internet. Our recommendation is one Chromebook for every 100 of your anticipated guests
- A Verizon MiFi to provide internet access.
- A mouse and credit card reader for each device.
- Over the phone personalized training provided prior to your event. Training is recommended after you receive your equipment and prior to your event. Nothing like hands on training for you and your staff.smal
Spire Portal Is There Only When You Need It
Tired of having to pay to keep accounts open after your event is over? Spire Payment Solutions understands your pain. That’s why when you partner with us, we don’t lock you up in a long-term contract. Your account is open for as long as you need for your event, and when it’s over, you can suspend your account until next year’s event rolls around. It takes only a few minutes to reactivate your account, and you’re back in business to raise the funds needed for your wonderful cause.
Portal Basic Is the Right Solution for Small Events

Portal Basic is a scaled-down version of the Spire Portal perfect for smaller events. Portal Basic includes the Quick CheckOut experience for your guests, allowing them to spend without the hassles of long checkout lines.
With Portal Basic, you can either process a stored card sale the night or day of your event. Or, more efficiently, you can process all the sales the following day to avoid long check out lines.
